Challenge

  • A Strategic plan using Balanced scorecard based Strategic Objectives was developed
  • Divisional leadership team wanted to implement the plan by cascading the strategy to branches & departments within the division

Our Solution

An 18 month long facilitation support was provided to 12 members of the leadership team to
  • Prepare for the implementation of strategy based on Balance scorecard by defining KPIs, related data dictionary
  • Implement the strategy by developing initiatives & action plan using OKRs to progress on KPIs and Strategic objectives
  • Monitor the implementation based on design of dashboards, cadence of review meetings and plan for annual strategic review
