AMIT BAJPAYEE
Amit has almost two decades of strategy consulting and organisation transformation experience. He has successfully delivered numerous public and private sector projects.
Amit co-founded 108 Growth Partners (108GP) after a stellar corporate career with the likes of Tatas, Frost & Sullivan, Aliaxis and Wipro Technologies.
At 108GP, he has delivered some of our breakthrough projects with Singapore Ministries (e.g. Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social and Family) and Statutory boards (Housing Development Board, National Library Board). He has also delivered projects for global MNCs such as a global leader in IT Software, a leading European Medical Device company.
Over his rich career, he has worked & travelled across Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa working with leading brands such as Samsung, Microsoft, Sigma Aldrich, Idemitsu, Sime Darby, Metranet.
Previously, as part of Tata Group’s Strategy team he delivered some of their most ambitious projects across industries. He has also worked with Frost & Sullivan and led their foray in Strategy Consulting. He has also worked with the Aliaxis, world’s leading group in Building Materials. With them he led their M&A initiative and closed a carve-out acquisition in Singapore.
Amit is a graduate of India’s premier Institute, IIT, Kanpur. He also holds an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
Besides being a sought-after management consultant, he is also a certified trainer for globally best-selling sales enablement programs of Miller Heiman Group.
YOGANJALI
Yoganjali has 15 years’ experience in the field of Strategy & Management Consulting, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance.
She co-founded 108 Growth Partners after her successful consulting and investment banking stint with the like of Deloitte, Ernst & Young and Knight frank.
At 108 Growth Partners she has been part of some of our most critical projects with the Singapore Government bodies and Private sector.
As a business consultant, she has worked on multi-disciplinary projects across a spectrum of sectors.
As an Investment Banker she has helped clients in raising funds for projects through PE and Debt. She has also worked with Laureate International in Malaysia, monitoring their Corporate Finance and Strategic Activities for the group. Thanks to her exposure through an interesting combination of careers, she has a unique ability to analyse challenges from all round perspective.
Yoganjali holds an MBA in Finance from India’s premier Institute IIT. She is a Science Honours graduate from Delhi University.
Apart from being a professional, and a doting mother, she likes to delve into the mystic world of Yogic philosophy.
SIDHARTH BALAKRISHNA
Sidharth Balakrishna has over 16 years’ corporate experience in senior management roles. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta and an Economics degree from the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC).
His corporate experience includes the media & entertainment, artificial intelligence, energy, infrastructure, renewables, and education sectors. He has been an Executive Board Director and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at one of India’s largest conglomerates; and been employed with major oil and gas firms such as Royal Dutch Shell and Management Consultants such as KPMG and Accenture.
He has authored 6 books, published by Pearson and SAGE; and numerous articles for the popular press including for the London School of Economics’ (LSE), the Economic Times, the Hindu-Business Line etc.
He mentors startups with MIT, Boston, USA as well as MassChallenge Boston, New York, Texas & Tel Aviv, Israel.
Besides being a sought-after consultant, Sidharth is an Adjunct Faculty at a number of top management institutes including IIM Indore, FMS, Great Lakes, SRCC and has presented papers in over a dozen countries from London to Mozambique. He has held corporate training programs and MDPs for over 10 years in India, Dubai and other countries.
