Why 108 ?

108 in our name is a cause of constant curiosity. People known as well as new, question us on the reason for this number in our name. This blog-post is to clarify this “splinter in your mind”

108 has several meanings and implications for us as a business and also for us as individuals. I will write about our business implications here.

Firstly, 108 is a symbol of “Our Promise” to our client.

It is our Promise to our Partners (Clients in traditional terms) to help them grow. How is that you may ask.

Our clients come first. They are a priority for us, as well as they are unique. Hence the numeral 1.

Our clients come to us with their challenges, which have no relevance outside their context. Hence the number “0”. But once, the two combine, i.e. client (1) & challenge (0), it becomes substantial.

A challenge that is Nothing without the “1”. Substantial with the “1”.

Then we come to the most important. The no. 8. An interesting number indeed. How you may ask.

“8” you must notice is a vertical lemniscate (∞), a symbol of infinity.

Not a coincidence, as per what we believe. How you may ask again.

“8” as a figure, has no identifiable beginning or end.

Additionally, 8 when multiplied with any number, gives a resultant whose sum of digits is always less than 8. For e.g. 16 is 1+6=7; 24 is 2+4=6, 32 is 3+2=5 and so on.

That is no number multiplied by 8 can ever be greater than its value !

Hence, to conclude, 108 is a symbol of our promise to our client. A promise to partner with them to overcome their challenges and ensure their eternal sustainable growth.
